It’s been a while since the last weekend I had time to cook, and cooking relaxes me. Today we had a little guest at home and I figured that some Lasagne alla Bolognese would be the best way to make kids happy for dinner.
What follows is not really a recipe, just a few pictures along the way. If you are looking for one, the web has plenty to offer.
Slightly frying bacon with garlic, onions, carrot, and parsley.
After adding the minced beef, and tomatoes.
The Salsa Bolognese is ready.
Butter, flour, milk seasoned with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Stirring is capital.
The Sauce Béchamel is ready.
Start with a layer of both sauces.
